Freight Connects Network, hereinafter referred to as FCN, is fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and adherence to all international laws and conventions in facilitation of trade and logistics services between its members. As international trade crosses diverse geographical boundaries, we require our members, employees, trade partners, international affiliates, agents, freight forwarders and other service providers to be vigilant in their dealings when cooperating with other FCN members and comply with all prevalent anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws.

Bribery and corruption may be defined as a consideration, offer of loan, reward or advantage/ benefit of any kind to a foreign public official or any person for the benefit of a foreign public official, to induce the official for use of his or her position to influence any acts or decisions of the foreign state for the performance of official's duties or functions.

FCN members agree to obey all international standards and laws as they relate to anti-corruption and bribery practices. Additionally, they agree to follow ethical standards when working with other FCN members. The FCN members also recognize that implementation of International standards for anti-corruption policies within their organizations will form a crucial part of their business relationship with FCN.
